HEALTH OS

1. Overview Health OS is a personal health dashboard application created and operated by Hugh Bartling for private, non-commercial use. This application integrates with the WHOOP API to display personal biometric data.

2. Data Collected This application accesses the following data from your WHOOP account:

   • Recovery scores

   • Heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate (RHR)

   • Sleep data and sleep scores

   • Workout and strain data

   • Body measurements and SpO2

3. How Data Is Used All data accessed through this application is used solely for:

   • Displaying personal health metrics on a private dashboard

   • Generating personal daily health summaries

   • Identifying personal health trends over time

   Data Storage Data is stored locally on a private server accessible only to the application owner. No data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising purposes. Data Sharing We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal health data to any third party. Data Retention Data is retained for personal tracking purposes and may be deleted at any time by the application owner.
